Balagan - performed by Voicemale with conductor David Squire and accompanist Juan Kim.
A piece full of energy, mischief and chaos, Balagan was commissioned by David Squire for Westlake Boys' High School's Voicemale, with support from Ben Jung. The piece was premiered by Voicemale as part of the Big Sing Regionals and Finale in 2025. The work is based on New Zealand poet Frances Samuel's poem of the same title, and is used with permission.

meaning ‘total chaos’.
